Court Reporting Services – Transcription

1. I need to schedule oral depositions any time between April 12 and April 14 2017 at 10am to 4 pm.
2. I plan to hold two depositions in this case, one of a representative of Harris County Appraisal District [‘HCAD”] and a representative of Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector.
3. Each of these two oral depositions are not expected to take more than 60 minutes at the most ,including up to 20 minute of cross questions and objections. I will examine the witnesses regarding up to 10 exhibits -on which I will examine these witnesses.
4. There is a good probability that neither deponent will show up as the case involves massive tampering and backdatings by HCAD insiders in the records of the subject property, In that case I need to have certificates of non appearance and attach thereto copy of the notice of oral deposition..
5. In either case I need to have formal transcription made of a 15 minutes oral evidentiary hearing before Harris County Appraisal Review Board.
6 ON SAME DAY I WOULD LIKE TO REPEAT THESE ACTIONS IN SIMILAR CASE (RELATED TO EARLIER YEAR APPRAISAL) NO. 2017-01575 ,filed in 270th District Court of Harris County
7. I WILL BE STAYING IN HOUSTON UNTIL APRIL 29,2017 TO APPEAR DAY EARLIER IN COURT FOR STATUS REPORT.SO I WILL NEED TRANSCRIPTS TO BE PRESENTED TO THE WITNESSES FOR POSSIBLE CORRECTIONS + DELIVERIES TO ME BY MONDAY NOON, APRIL 24 SO TO ENABLE ME TO MOVE FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENTS ON THE TRANSCRIPTS
